STRAWBERRY LEMONADE CHIA CASHEWGURT
Organic Vegan Gluten-free Soy-free NonGMO
This is a quick 60 min recipe from start to finish. (and it can really be made in less than 5 mins if you're in a hurry.)
We took 5 simple ingredients and made them into this delicious and nutritious treat to be enjoyed at anytime of the day.
- Organic Strawberries (Sliced, diced or chopped)
- Organic Blueberries (sliced or whole)
- 2 Tblsp Organic Mocu Chia Seeds
- 2 TblspOrganic Mocu Strawberry Lemonade Pizzazz
- 1 Cup Organic Forager Cashewgurt
The beautiful thing about this recipe is that you can make it in any container. We mixed everything into a small glass mixing bowl and set in the refrigerator to chill for 45-50 mins.(If you are in a hurry you can certainly skip the refrigeration part, the chia seeds won't have had time to absorb the cashewgurt and soften up, but either way it will still be delicious & nutritious.) Spoon the cashewgurt into a glass, a cup or a shot glass and garnish with strawberry & blueberry and ...Voila! Ready to enjoy! We love using the Forager brands Cashewgurt because it really gives you that yogurt texture without the dairy. Feel free to use any type of yogurt based upon your dietary needs or desires.
