- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1 granny smith apple (thinly sliced)
- 4 slices turkey
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 leaf lettuce (optional)
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Mustard to taste

1) Slice apple thinly.
